| * For our first Garden Tractor Expo of 2001, the VGTCOA teamed up with David Bradley in Kankakee, IL. Over 200 garden tractors were exhibited. * The Clubs second Expo of the year, in Boonville, Missouri was not very successful, drawing just under 100 units. * Bob and Linda Crowell of Batesville, IN begin promoting the VGTCOA. * The club's newsletter was expanded from 12 to 18 pages. * Mike Murphy becomes a regional director for the North Carolina area. * The Brooklyn Botanic Garden located in Brooklyn, NY invites the VGTCOA to participate in their annual Harvest Fair. * Membership continues at a brisk pace and topped the 300 mark by years end. |
| * Mike Murphy is replaced as regional director in North Carolina and Dale Smith takes over * Doug Tallman organizes Garden Tractor Expo 2002 in Findlay, OH. The amazing number of 725 garden tractors are on exhibit. * Bill and Rose Smilie become regional directors in California. * Jeff Lauber becomes regional director for Iowa. * Steve Johnson resigns as regional director siting job related reasons. * At years end the club membership surpasses 450. |
| * Dale Smith is dismissed as regional director in North Carolina. * Tractor Games are added to help generate interest in the hobby. * Paisley, Ontario Canada is the home of The Garden Tractor Expo 2003. Over 200 Garden tractors are on exhibit. * The membership total reaches 564 at years end. |

| * The Vintage Garden Tractor Club of America becomes 10 years old. * Bob and Linda Crowell along with Hugh Morgan, organize the Garden Tractor Expo 2004. It is held in Brookville Indiana. Jeff Lauber quits as Iowa Regional Director. |

| * Jim Cunzenheim Jr. resigns as Wisconsin Regional Director siting family reasons and Jeff Thielen takes over. * The Garden Tractor Expo 2005 was held in Waukee, Iowa. The expo was very well attended and many new members were added. There were 300+ garden tractors on exhibit. |

| * The Garden Tractor Expo 2006 expo was held in Adrian, Michigan. * The first Annual "Bull Throwers" award was added. Gene Niesen of Wisconsin was the winner. * Joe Franklin, Gene Niesen and Jerry Deischer were added as Mid-West Rep's * Mid-West Regional Show was held in Rockford, Illinois. |

| * The Garden Tractor Expo 2007 was held in Burnett Corners, Wisconsin. The show was organized by a committee of Jeff Thielen, Russ Sponem, Glen Oestreich and Dan Moss. Their were almost 600 garden tractors on exhibit. * The second annual "Bull Throwers" award went to Dan Moss from Wisconsin. * A special " Hammer Award" was given to Jim Smith from Wyoming. * Membership passes the 800 mark |
